When you hire us, you're not just hiring a caregiver -- you're hiring an EverPresent care team.

EverPresent itself is not and does not operate as a Class A agency, Class B agency, or caregiver placement/referral agency. We do not represent ourselves as anything other than independent private pay caregivers and we are not employees or “staff" to any agency or referral network, we do not collect ongoing referral percentages or hourly referral fees from another caregiver’s work, or position one individual as the owner of another caregiver’s client relationship. We are simply a private-duty care team composed of 3 independent caregivers working collaboratively, sharing appropriate client information and scheduling responsibilities, providing continuity for families, and receiving direct compensation only for the care each caregiver personally provides. 

We believe it is important for the client and caregivers alike to know the exact rate being charged to the client and the rate being paid to the caregiver.  There are no markups or hidden cuts taken from a caregiver's hourly rate.  Your dollars go directly to the caregivers who are actually in your home providing care. The ones actually showing up, staying through the night, providing hands-on care, and caring for your loved one.
